Sammer and his team are wonderful to work with! Our Carpet came within a week and they had installed within and hour. Very affordable and it looks amazing. Highly recommend them!!
Sammer and his team have done such a wonderful job on my downstairs. After having a flood he came to see the damage right away and had a quote to us that day. His team was so professional! We had new floors put in throughout our whole downstairs, painted the whole house, redid our fireplace. The house looks completely brand new. We are currently using his team to remodel another bathroom! He is honest and gets the job done right. I would recommend Sammer to all!

We have worked with Sammer for floor installation and bathroom remodeling and both projects turned out great! We often get compliments from friends and even other contractors I had very specific needs for my flooring so I contacted Sammer based on his website and the information he provides there to empower the client. Sammer knew exactly what I was looking for and even took the time to email me additional products information. Fast forward to the installation, Sammer and crew made sure that the preparation to install hardwood floors was adequately completed to avoid mishaps in the future. It has been almost a year now and no problems. We then decided to call Sammmer to help us with our master bathroom remodel. He offered me the option to work with a designer. I wasn't sure if that was within our budget but the rates were very reasonable and it was very much worth it. We loved everything she suggested and the result is beautiful. The gentleman doing the tilting was so meticulous and polite. Lastly, Sammer answered every question I had along the way and went out of his way to explain the why's/how's during process.
Sammer and his team installed some beautiful hardwood-looking tile after water damage left the hardwood in my living room/kitchen damage. Sammer helped every step of the way in working with my insurance company, and his installation team was friendly and hardworking. Best of all, my finished floors look absolutely stunning!
Sammer was so helpful at helping me pick materials since we've never removed before. He remodeled our whole kitchen and bath. On time crew that he oversaw. We had no problems. Very happy, and he's about to remodel another bath of ours.
Sammer and his team replaced builder tile and carpet with engineered hardwood in my home. They also installed a marble tile backsplash. Scheduling and communication were easy, and their work was excellent. Everything turned out gorgeous!

Shower remodel was fantastic! Sammer was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He was quick to provide a quote for the project, and he quoted everything the right way: high in quality. When remodeling a shower, you're better off making sure everything is done the right way, not just the easiest way. I've remodeled my own shower before and I know how difficult it is. I know what the correct methods are to make sure it doesn't leak. Sammer did it the RIGHT way, and I appreciate that he makes sure to provide a quality product. Everyday during the remodel, I would check up with Sammer and Jose on the quality of the work, and I was impressed each day. There were even small things done that I wouldn't expect other contractors to do, but again, it was apparent to me that quality was the main focus.
I hired Sammer to replace wood flooring in the kitchen and bedrooms with travertine tile. He also refinished my hardwood floors, repaired drywall and repainted/finished the walls. He is very professional and easy to work with. His quality of work is great. I had his guidance and advice at all times and he is very responsive and accommodating. Sammer has completed multiple project for us over the years and everything has been 100% awesome!!!! Sammer is a wealth of knowledge, and most importantly is someone you can trust. Over the last 10 years we have ha a Master shower rebuild, kitchen flooring, entire upstairs reflooring, kids shower/bath rebuild, every one of them we were 100% satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. He is a straight shooter and is always committed to delivering top notch work. When you have projects in your home it is significant investment in time and money and is important to get it done right the first time. I wouldn't take any chances using anyone else to do flooring or bath work in my house. No reason to since I know Sammer!!!!! Very professional, high attention to details, and prices have always been fair and reasonable.

Sammer reworked 4 bathrooms for us and we couldn't be more delighted. The photos are the before and after of one of them. The work is immaculate and, with Sammer's advice, absolutely beautiful. My husband built houses for many years and is extremely picky. He has zero issues with the quality of the work. I've done multiple references for Sammer and often get questions about his team and budget/timeframe estimates. The only additional item added to the budget he originally gave us were things that I requested... we switched to marble instead of standard tile, etc. He met the schedule he committed to with no problem. As for his team... I was in the house alone with my daughter and NEVER felt uncomfortable. His team members are awesome and just good people. I don't often agree to do recommendations and actually volunteered to do them for Sammer. You won't regret putting your trust in his work.
Sammer did an excellent job stepping up when one of the big box stores completely let us down. We were on a tight deadline to get carpet installed in order to list our home for sale. Within minutes of our (desperate) first phone call, Sammer himself was at the warehouse texting samples of what was available in our timeframe and even came out on a weekend to measure the space. The installers were qualified, efficient, and friendly. they cleaned as they went and left everything in great shape. (My kiddos especially liked how "fancy" the team made up their beds when they moved the furniture back in - fluffed pillows and hospital corners!) We highly recommend Sammer!
I cannot say enough about Sammer and his team. Before Sammer, I hired someone to lay the tile in my bathroom. They did a horrible job. I called Sammer and he came to the rescue. He removed the floor and redid the entire project. I am soooooo pleased with the result. NMot only did he do a magnificent job but at a reasonable price too. I would not hesitate to use him again on another project. I cannot say enough about this company. If you are in the market.... You can stop right here. Sammer is your guy!!!!
