Don’t Just Price Shop – KNOW What You’re Getting!
If you’re looking for the cheapest price, I’m not your guy.
Let me let you in on a little secret…
You see all of those “$4.99 Hardwood Installed!” ads everywhere?
Those products are either pretty crap (wouldn’t put them in my own home) or there are a bunch of upsells along the way.
I just don’t like doing business this way.
Look, I’ve been doing this for a very long time and you get what you pay for.
REALITY CHECK: I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been called in to either replace or repair a floor because the owner wasn’t aware installing hardwood requires certain protocols to be followed. Not knowing this, they just looked for the lowest price…and ironically ended up spending more to get it done right.
One Point Of Accountability
When you hire me, you have someone on your side who has personally helped thousands of others just like you through this process.
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed and/or confused, contact me. It’s just wise to get a second opinion especially when it’s as awesome as mine.
You will deal with one person throughout your project and they’re a call/e-mail away.
Look, you’re paying good money for a higher end product so you will be looked after as best as possible.
We acclimate all wood floors, no exceptions. If you don’t want your wood flooring acclimated, find someone else because I won’t do it.
Small precautions like this make a huge difference in your overall experience.
Highly Trusted Experts
Clients trust my team and I because we know what we’re doing.
We know both engineered and solid hardwood (including hand scraped flooring) very well and each one requires a specific installation technique.
Every method we employ for these two products is in accordance with the National Wood Flooring Association’s (NWFA) recommendations depending on the type of wood.
Another thing to consider – not only do we custom scrape a floor according to which direction and intensity you would like it scraped – we also do different finishes like wire brush and even custom staining whereby we mix stains until we get you the precise color you’ve set your heart on!
Well, just let me know if you have a specific wood in mind so I can give you a realistic ballpark.
